The aim of the course is facilitating understanding of the essential metabolic and regulatory mechanisms involved mostly in human biology, at the cellular and molecular levels, with a long term goal of curing diseases.
Learning outcomes
Ez a tantárgy a KKK rendeletben meghatározott, következő kompetenciák fejlesztését szolgálja:
Knowledge
Ismeri, átlátja az oxidatív stressz fogalmát, a mitokondriális patobiokémiát és a fehérjék térszerkezetének kialakulását. Ismeri a legfontosabb patobiokémiai analitikai technikákat, mint a fluoreszcens analízis, illetve képalkotás, az antitestek felhasználása a laboratóriumban, metabolikus folyamatok nyomon követése UPLC-Fluo_MS technikákkal.
Skills
Elsajátította a patobiokémiai nyelvezetet, ismeri a patobiokémiai tudományos szakirodalmi keresőket, a legújabb patobiokémiai analitikai fejlesztéseket.
Attitudes
Törekszik a legújabb patobiokémiai tudományos szakirodalom megismerésére, azok tovább gondolására.
