Objectives
Programme
During the first week of the study period (after the registration week), students enroll one of the professional workshops announced by the department. Before choosing the workshop, it is recommended to visit the department during the preceding exam period. The supervision of a workshop is held by the leading supervisor, who may assign other supervisors as well. Until the end of the 4th week, students need to choose their tasks to be carried out by the end of the study period.
At the end of the semester, each student shall give an account of the completed project. The account consists of an oral and a written part. The formal requirements and the schedule of the account are determined by the department responsible for the subject.
Training Project Laboratory can only be performed at the department.
Students generally work on the assigned task in groups of 2 – 4 while paying special attention to the work and the results to be separated. It is also possible to work independently, but all subtasks of the topic must be clearly specified in the task announcement which part is carried out by which student either it is independent or group work.

Training Project Laboratory introduces the workshops that belong to the specialization and branch (if there is any), which lay the foundation of Project Laboratory and BSc Thesis Project subjects later. During Training Project Laboratory classes, students get acquainted with the operation of the workshop, and they learn special professional knowledge necessary to cultivate the topics of the workshop. After having accomplished Training Project Laboratory, students will be able to carry out Project Laboratory tasks they have chosen in the given professional workshop without any further preparation.
