Computer Simulation: The Operation of a Long High Voltage Transmission Line (PowerWorld)
- Load-flow, Voltage Control on Computer Model.
2. Analysis of Extended Power
Systems with DigSilent software.
3. Electromechanical Swinging of
Synchronous Generators – Analysis of Turbogenerator’s Electromechanical Swing
Initiated by the Network – Short Circuits, P, f variation.
4. EMTP – Analysis of Power System
Transients.
5. Analysis of Overvoltage
Protection Devices – The Characteristic Curves of a Varistor, a Gas-filled
Surge Arrester and a Supressor Valve, Usage of the Devices.
